How 7000 Crores in New Projects Will Transform Property in Noida and Drive Growth Across UP

The state of Uttar Pradesh is on an unstoppable roll as of late. But 11th April 2015 could be the day that changes the face of UP and Noida forever. Some of the game-changing projects set to receive the green light on 11th April include, but are not limited to, the Noida-Greater Noida 28 KM long metro rail route, eight substations, a multi-level parking facility with a capacity for 8000 vehicles, a super specialty pediatric medical facility, and several postgraduate institutes. A much-needed upgrade to road and traffic infrastructure is also on the cards, including bridges, elevated roads, flyovers, intelligent traffic management systems, elevated pedestrian pathways, and underpasses to ease congestion.

Further projects likely to receive government approval include 3000-plus multi-storey residential units, the Ganga Jal project, three sewage plants, additional fire and police stations, power substations, and IT hubs. With these initiatives, property in Noida is set to benefit, as the city’s appeal as a center for education, medical services, tourism, and corporate growth strengthens.

Noida has already established itself as a dominant force in the Delhi-NCR region as a major educational, medical, tourism, and corporate hub. However, existing challenges cannot be overlooked.
